Growth Marketing Specialist - Commercial

Job Summary SHI is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist – Commercial to support the execution of growth marketing programs aligned to the Commercial Business Unit, serving U.S. customer accounts of up to 2,000 seats. This is an execution-focused, early-career role designed for a marketer looking to build a strong foundation in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, and partner-led programs. The Growth Marketing Specialist works closely with the Associate Director of Growth Marketing Programs – Commercial and plays a critical role in ensuring programs are delivered with speed, quality, and consistency. Success in this role comes from strong program execution, high attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and the ability to learn quickly within a structured growth marketing operating model. Role Description Program Execution & Delivery Support the execution of growth marketing programs aligned to Commercial sales priorities, including integrated campaigns, partner initiatives, and account-based plays. Assistwith the build-out and activation of campaign components such as emails, landing pages, webinars, events, and sales enablement materials. Own assigned tasks and workstreams within larger programs, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and requirements are met. Execute programs consistently using defined templates, guardrails, and best practices. Campaign Operations & Coordination Coordinate with internal teams (digital, field marketing, partner marketing, operations) to move programs from plan to launch. Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, flagging risks or delays early. Ensure all program components are correctly set up, tested, and ready for activation prior to launch. Sales Enablement Support Assistwith the creation and preparation of sales-facing assets (program briefs, email templates, talk tracks, FAQs). Help ensure Commercial sales teams receive clear,accurateinformation about campaigns, timelines, and intended outcomes. Support program adoption by helping keep materials organized, accessible, and easy for sales teams to use. Reporting & Performance Tracking Support program reporting by tracking execution metrics, engagement data, and basic performance indicators. Maintain campaign trackers and reporting inputs that feed into BU-level growth marketing scorecards. Helpidentifyearly performance signals, gaps, or execution issues that mayimpactresults. Continuous Improvement & Development Learn SHI’s growth marketing framework, core technology pillars, and Commercial sales motions. Apply feedback from the Associate Director and peers to continuously improve execution quality. Build foundational skills in B2B marketing operations, campaign execution, and performance measurement. What Success Looks Like in This Role Programs launch on time, with high attention to detail and minimal execution errors. Assigned workstreams are reliable, organized, and require minimal rework. Campaign assets and enablement materials areaccurate, polished, and easy to use. The Associate Director can focus on strategy and optimization with confidence in execution support. Steady growth in marketing knowledge, autonomy, and ownership over time. Data Analysis: Can understand basic data sets and use simple analytical techniques to extract insights. Digital Acumen: Can demonstrate an understanding of basic digital tools and technologies. Innovation: Can contribute to brainstorming sessions and propose simple ideas. Skill Level Requirements Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint - Basic Ability to utilize Marketing specific software tools or applications proficiently - Basic Ability to use data to inform all decisions - Basic Strong project management and organization skills - Basic Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Basic Ability to prioritize and multi-task and meet deadlines - Basic Other Requirements Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role Strong interest in growth marketing, campaign execution, and sales‑aligned marketing Comfortable working in a structured, outcome‑driven environment Reliable follow‑through and accountability for assigned responsibilities Preferred Experience working with marketing tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, webinar tools, or project management tools (a plus but not required) Desire to build an execution‑first foundation in B2B growth marketing Interest in learning how marketing directly supports sales and revenue Comfort receiving coaching and developing toward greater ownership over time Pride in executing fundamental tasks exceptionally well The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $85,000 which includes a base salary plus bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
