Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified midlevel associate with 3-5 years of law firm experience to join their Employee Benefits practice in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and expertise in advising on employee benefits and executive compensation issues in M&A transactions. Duties Advise on employee benefits and executive compensation in M&A transactions Design, draft, and operate executive employment agreements Manage nonqualified deferred compensation plans Develop equity compensation plans and agreements Requirements 3-5 years of law firm experience Strong skills in employee benefits and executive compensation Bar membership is required Education Excellent academic credentials Certifications Bar membership Skills Expertise in M&A transactions Proficiency in designing compensation plans Benefits Medical, financial, and other benefits 401(k) eligibility Various paid‑time‑off benefits, including vacation, sick time, and parental leave #J-18808-Ljbffr BCG Attorney Search
