Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition Specialist You'll work directly with leaders across multiple markets to identify hiring needs, attract top talent, and drive hiring results. This isn't a back‑office recruiting role—you'll be a trusted partner who influences hiring decisions and helps shape the future of our organization. What You'll Be Doing Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities Proactively source candidates through networking, referrals, social media, job boards, and creative outreach strategies Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit Present top candidates and provide hiring recommendations Manage multiple openings across a variety of business functions and markets Build talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs Deliver a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and follow‑up Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep the hiring process moving What Makes You Successful 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or high‑volume hiring experience Naturally proactive and comfortable reaching out to candidates Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Organized, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented Comfortable partnering with leaders and influencing hiring decisions Experience with Indeed, ATS platforms, or sourcing tools preferred Why Recruiters Love This Role Many recruiting roles focus on a single function or business unit.
