Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $21.74 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thu 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while maintaining professionalism in an armed patrol post. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and sensitive areas, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Prepare clear reports on incidents, patrol activity, and observations, and assist with de‑escalation, direction, and support during high‑traffic periods and/or emergency situations. Minimum Requirements Have 2 or more years of security‑related experience. Possess an armed guard card/license. Be at least 21 years of age. Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and/or baton is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry‑specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
