Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize various mental health therapy techniques and interventions to provide effective care to individuals and families dealing with emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop initial discharge plans tailored to the needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as outlined in the treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to create initial treatment plans based on thorough assessments, adjusting services as necessary over time.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy services in compliance with clinic and professional standards.

• Manage an assigned caseload effectively, ensuring each client's needs are met through targeted interventions.

• Participate in regular treatment team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff.

• Respond to client feedback and resolve any issues, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction at all times.

• Complete any additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the clinic's objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Must possess the appropriate state or national licensure for professional therapy practitioners, or be eligible to obtain such licensure.

• Candidates should hold current licenses as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideally, you should have a minimum of two years of experience working in clinical settings with adults and/or children. Experience providing interventions across the lifespan will be an asset to your application.
