MSP Engagement Specialist

In partnership with Vertical Sales, and in alignment with Account Owner and strategy; the MSP Engagement Specialist role delivers account knowledge to select SS&O Forecasted & MSP accounts by providing client specific VMS technology training, account training, opportunity visibility and MSP engagement support.

Essential Functions:

• Serve as SME, responsible for system administration and primary approving authority for all VMS technology related questions between the MSP, local Field Office, EVOLVE, and Business Operations Associates
• Responsible for utilizing Vertical Owner account strategy documents to onboard and ensure alignment of national account communities to MSP programs and program rules of engagement
• Assigning new requisitions to appropriate Field Office POC, via Connected, escalating non-responses to SS&O Vertical account owner and local Leader
• Serves as primary external POC for MSP PMO to handle tactical opportunity management, consultant hire/finish details, and general questions as the daily escalation point for the MSP.
• Own and leverage MSP PMO business partnerships with PMO channel partner to gain efficiencies and maximize account ROI
• Responsible for collaborating with internal partners to ensure consistency of performance by sharing opportunity and best practices within the MSP space while displaying decision quality for proper escalation
• Weekly YTD Performance and PIT opportunity reporting pulled across the portfolio as a collective team from the VMS for further processing
• Attend account business reviews, providing knowledge and expertise of the MSP technology and account analysis
• Responsible for owning and leading account engagement calls with field partners to ensure program alignment to the goals of the program, SOP, rules of engagement, compliance checklist, and navigation of internal resources
• SME responsible for educating MSP program compliance and fielding questions internally while appropriately directing external communications regarding compliance with the MSP.
• Internal account community POC holder, owner of DList and any other account community roster listing
• Provide tactical support on all A3 VMS programs, granting access and providing training to all internal users inclusive of
• ADHOC reporting requests.

Qualifications:

Work Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience utilizing/supporting programs within a MSP/VMS technology required

Per Pay Transparency Acts: The range for this position is $50,000 - $62,500 + annual bonus potential of $4,000 - $10,000 Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
