What You'll Do:

• Play an active role in sourcing and establishing, developing, and engaging with talent pipelines using creative and structured approaches.
• Continual strategizing with the Business Partner in identifying qualified candidates.
• Create and ensure positive experiences for candidates.
• Formulate recruiting strategies by translating engineering requirements into sourcing strategies/plans and executing against those plans.
• Continually innovate on new sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates for open position requirements.
• Qualify and present potential candidate resumes to clients through approved channels with the goal of adding value to the selection process.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, interactions, and other recruiting activities in Moseley’s Applicant Tracking System, iCIMS, to ensure compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain timely and effective communications with all partners throughout the recruiting process, including communication with candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field and 3-5 years overall engineering experience with an emphasis in recruitment preferred. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
• 1-3 years’ experience in the Staffing Industry, to include contract labor and DoD specific job roles, strongly preferred.
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand computer programs, vendor management and applicant tracking programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a team player and support the team vision.
• Ability to travel as needed and flexible work hours to accommodate customers nationwide.
