This role works closely with the Office Manager and dealership leadership team to ensure organized office operations and smooth day-to-day administrative support across departments. Compensation $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities Prepare daily bank deposits and cash reports (able to drive to the bank to drop off deposits and pick up change orders) Maintain an effective cash management and forecasting system Assist with petty cash tracking and reconciliation Help maintain accurate manufacturer accounts, including warranty Assist with month-end closing processes and accounting reports Support preparation for annual audits and reviews #J-18808-Ljbffr DelavanchevyVacancy posted 1 day ago
