Job Title: Empower Test Analyst/BA
Location: Teaneck, NJ 07666

Responsibilities
-
Develop test plans, cases, and scripts for Empower LOS workflows including Origination, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Post-Closing.

Validate configuration, document management, and third-party integrations including RealEC and Equifax.

Conduct UAT cycles and regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality.

Elicit business requirements and track them through closure and BRD sign-off.

Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

Perform post-production validation and participate in defect triage sessions.

Track and document defects using tools such as JIRA, ALM, and TestRail.

Collaborate with developers and QA teams for timely defect resolution.

Ensure adherence to CFPB guidelines including ATR, QM, and TRID, as well as other mortgage regulations.

Provide usability and performance feedback from an end-user perspective.

Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.

Assist in training business users on testing procedures and system usage.
