Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, responsible for overseeing overall business operations and strategic direction. The person in this role will set organizational goals, manage financial performance, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Day-to-day tasks include guiding senior leadership, making key decisions on service offerings, nurturing client relationships, and driving business development efforts. The Owner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance service quality, and maintain strong company culture. This role also involves assessing market opportunities, managing risks, and representing the organization in high-impact external engagements. Qualifications Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Proven background in business operations, financial management, and strategic planning, ideally within professional services or HR/payroll-related industries. Ability to build and maintain client relationships, drive business growth, and negotiate high-value partnerships. Solid understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, and risk management concepts, or willingness to quickly develop domain expertise. Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ethical, inclusive, and transparent practices. Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and organizational change in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
