The Administrator performs diverse duties that contribute to the seamless operation of the service center and the delivery of high-quality service to customers and internal teams alike. The Office Administrator serves as a vital member of the team and provides essential support to operational and customer service functions. This multifaceted role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including conducting site visits, in-person/Yembo surveys, and managing office clerical tasks. Responsibilities Provide support to the General Manager and internal support staff Perform data entry on different operational platforms Perform administrative duties, i.e., address inquiries via telephone and/or email in a professional and courteous manner. Conduct and process pre-move in-person or virtual surveys for new customers Schedule and monitor services assigned to the Service Center. Prepare, review and/or submit various worksheets and/or business reports. Assist with the monitoring of Driver e-Logs. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Some previous administrative/customer service experience Maintain a valid driver’s license Exceptional organization skills Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail Familiar with MS Office suite Positive attitude and team player Physical Requirements Be able to access homes to conduct surveys, including climbing stairs, accessing attics (with staircase), and garages or other external structures. Communicate frequently over the phone Operate a computer and other office machinery #J-18808-Ljbffr
