Lutheran Social Services is seeking a Crisis Response professional to provide immediate, client-centered intervention for individuals and families experiencing behavioral health or housing-related crises. In this role, you will triage crisis calls and walk-ins, complete risk and safety assessments, de-escalate high-stress situations, and develop short-term stabilization and safety plans. You will coordinate rapid referrals to behavioral health, housing, and community services, document all contacts, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team. This mission-driven position is ideal for someone committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care in a faith-based, social-justice-focused nonprofit setting, with opportunities for professional growth and impact.
