Qualification

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree
• 1–2 years of experience supporting DoD contracts, contract administration, quality documentation, configuration management, or a related field
• Knowledge of government contracts and procurement processes
• Due to U.S. export control requirements, candidates must be either a U.S. Citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)

Our client is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support Department of Defense (DoD) programs and help manage contracts from proposal through completion. In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and executed on time.

What You'll Do

• Review customer requests, proposals, contracts, and contract modifications
• Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from award to completion
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and ensure timely customer responses
• Track contract requirements, deliverables, and deadlines
• Prepare contract-related documents, correspondence, and reports
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
• Support compliance with government contracting requirements, including FAR/DFARS regulations
• Serve as a point of contact for contract-related questions from customers and internal stakeholders
