HIRING IMMEDIATELY: LEAD PRESS BRAKE SETUP OPERATOR IN STREAMWOOD, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Lead Press Brake Setup Operator to join our client in Streamwood, IL. This individual will be responsible for oversight of nine CNC press brakes, development of a production plan with the production coordinator, and setup of the press brakes as needed. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to provide assistance to other operators in the department looking for advice with setups, as well as providing knowledge and training for employees looking to gain setup experience. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $18 to $35/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Monday through Thursday, 6 am to 3 pm, plus Friday, 6 am to 12 pm
• Located in Streamwood, IL

Duties and Responsibilities

• Setup prototype and production parts on various CNC press brakes using prints and other developed plans
• Oversee forming department production plan
• Assist department employees with setup and/or operation issues
• Assist with training of new and existing employees
• Perform in process inspections to verify adherence to print dimensions
• Create tools and program libraries within all machines
• Ensure production output and perform operation duties as needed when no setups are required
• Maintain high quality of standards and safe work environment

Requirements and Qualifications

• 5+ years setup press brake experience
• Ability to determine proper dies, setups of dies, setup of gauges, and adjustment of ram stroke to from all types of parts
• Proper angle and length without the use of work instruction
• Ability to determine forming sequence of multiple hit parts with and without the use of work instruction
• Must be able to accurately read and interpret blue prints
• Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions
• Must possess good communication, problem solving and organizational skills
