Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in accordance with clinical guidelines and protocols.
• Monitor, assess, and titrate drips like Heparin, Nitro, and Dopamine.
• Interpret and manage telemetry and monitor assessments accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide care for common diagnoses such as cardiac med/surg, dialysis, and stroke.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Competent in Arterial Lines and titrating drips.
• Ability to pass a pass/fail open-book exam with 90% on skills learned during orientation.
• Familiarity with EPIC charting systems.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a team setting.
