Licensed Nursing Home AdministratorSoutheast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center, a 171-bed skilled nursing facility in North Easton, is seeking a licensed nursing home administrator to lead operations!Salaried role up to $175,000 with weekly pay. The administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility while ensuring that residents receive the highest-quality care and that staff are pleased with their work environment. Non-union facility.Education:Must possess an active and unencumbered administrator license in MassachusettsAt least two (2) years of experience as a skilled nursing administrator requiredUnderstanding of federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to long-term care operationsDuties:Oversee, direct, and enforce the regulatory compliance of applicable local, state federal and town regulations to meet and/or exceed quality of care and servicesEnforce quality of care, quality of life, standards of practice, QI/QM to ensure positive resident outcomesConduct rounds throughout the facilityEnforce privacy practices to ensure the protection of individuals' health informationReport the needs of the facility to the governing body and director of operations as appropriateOversee all aspects of personnel administrationOngoing recruitment and retention of qualified personnelDevelop and maintain positive public relations and effective marketingAssure that the resident's personal and property rights are protected as well as their safety and well-beingUphold and monitor daily staffing patterns to meet the needs of the residents.
