Account Associate – State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time – Virginia Beach, VA Compensation : $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year Benefits : Simple IRA Hiring bonus Bonus based on performance Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Group life plan Gym membership stipend Role Description : As an Account Associate for State Farm, you will support daily operations, nurture customer relationships, and act as a liaison between clients and agency departments. Your role focuses on proactive marketing of relevant products and services to improve customer lives. Responsibilities : Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
