Provide collegial support and guidance to other department leadersWhat do you need to be a Culinary Director?2 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a commercial kitchenAssociate's Degree in Hospitality Management or related area preferred but not required.Current Food Safety Manager's permit or equivalent as regulated by state and local authoritiesMust be able to use math to compute recipes and costingSkills in preparing specialized dishes for specific dietsMust be organized and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to work some evenings and weekends as needed for events and holiday staffing needsMust possess or be willing to acquire a valid driver's license to drive on company time as neededExcellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, vendors, associates, and corporate staff.Sagora does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies or fee based recruitment services.
