SIGNIFY_ Provider Enrollment Coordinator

Position Summary:
The Provider Enrollment Coordinator III works directly with enrollment team members to ensure quality standards, productivity benchmarks, and compliance requirements are consistently achieved. This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Medicare Part D enrollment processes and CMS requirements while supporting client enrollment and retention activities.

Essential Functions:
Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting planning, and budget support.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and prepare supporting materials.
Generate daily, weekly, and seasonal business reports.
Analyze market and operational data to support decision-making.
Conduct special projects and business analyses.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Support development of presentations for management and executive leadership.
Serve as a resource for enrollment processes, eligibility requirements, and compliance standards.
Provide coaching and training to promote quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
Experience with CMS guidelines and Medicare Part D enrollment processes preferred.
Ability to function as both a team member and team leader.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
