Senior Specialist, Market Research & Analytics ONC

Responsibilities
- Frame business questions and develop research approaches aligned with commercial strategy and decision-making
- Design, manage, and execute market research projects from conception through insight delivery
- Synthesize primary, secondary, syndicated, and analytical data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Explore and apply AI-enabled research tools and emerging technologies to enhance insight generation
- Communicate insights effectively to influence stakeholders and drive business action
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in market research, analytics, marketing, or related commercial functions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and research design
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in dynamic settings
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
