Transactions Associate – Boston Location: Boston, MA Experience: 4–6 Years PQE | Corporate & M&A Focus A leading corporate practice is seeking a mid-level associate (4–6 years PQE) to join its Boston office. The role focuses on U.S. and international M&A, securities matters, venture financings, and corporate governance for middle‑market and upper‑middle‑market companies, including private equity clients. Candidates will work closely with partners and senior associates, engaging directly with clients and participating in all aspects of transaction execution.
