Lead Call Quality & Monitoring Manager

A leading financial institution is seeking a Call Monitoring Manager to oversee the call monitoring quality assurance program. This role requires strong leadership to manage a team and foster quality excellence while collaborating with operations and compliance teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with previous leadership roles in regulated environments being highly valued.
