Research Program Coordinator

About The RoleAs a Program Coordinator on the Research Programs Team, you will play a critical role focused on maintaining and improving the systems we use to run our research programs. You'll work across the entire pipeline for our fellowships, including sourcing and applications, weekly programming and events, onboarding and offboarding Fellows, and coordinating with our mobilization and operations teams. You'll report to the Manager of Research Programs and work closely with the program managers across the team, ensuring our research programs stay on track. This role is perfect for someone who cares deeply about our mission to grow the AI safety field, feels excited about program delivery, and brings strong operational instincts to a fast-moving team. This role is also designed to support growth into research management and broader program management responsibilities.
