In this role, you will work a consistent schedule of 32.5 hours per week, managing a caseload of 32 diverse students. Your passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning will shine as you guide them in developing essential motor, sensory, and adaptive skills within a school context.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid COTA certification and current state licensure or eligibility
• Previous experience working in a pediatric or school setting highly preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising OT and on-site staff
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Adaptable, resourceful, and enthusiastic about supporting student progression

Position Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising OT to promote student independence and participation
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, maintaining thorough records of interventions
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and interdisciplinary team communications
• Adapt therapy activities and environments to each student’s unique needs within the classroom
• Foster a welcoming and motivating environment that encourages student confidence and growth
