Although the role primarily involves telehealth services, you will occasionally have the chance to participate in team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health conditions, needs, and goals, forming the foundation for effective treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing a range of methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches tailored to individuals, couples, and families. Engage in collaborative treatment planning by working closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care, addressing physical, emotional, and social factors affecting well-being. Provide timely crisis intervention and emotional support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, drawing on your expertise and therapeutic skills to de-escalate situations effectively. Contribute to community outreach efforts by participating in workshops and presentations aimed at reducing mental health stigma and promoting awareness of available services. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Mental Health Therapist at Randolph Behavioral Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your clinical expertise will empower you to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, promoting inclusivity and understanding within the therapeutic relationship. Qualifications An independent and active license in mental health therapy, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A completed master's degree or doctorate in a related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build meaningful therapeutic connections with clients. Diverse cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling effective interactions with clients from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to ensure timely documentation and compliance with legal and ethical standards. Preferred Experience Previous experience in telehealth services or familiarity with online therapy platforms. Advanced training or additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities. Experience in community outreach or public speaking regarding mental health issues. Compensation and Benefits Randolph Behavioral Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and credentials.
