Reservations Agent

One of the world's most celebrated ultra-luxury yacht lines is looking for a Reservations Agent.You will be among the first voices our guests hear when they begin planning their voyage. This is not a call center role. It is a premium, relationship-driven position that requires warmth, precision, and a genuine love of delivering exceptional service to some of the world's most discerning travelers. What You Will Do Handle inbound and outbound reservations inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy Guide guests and travel advisors through voyage options, itineraries, and the booking process Maintain complete and accurate booking records and communicate reservation details clearly Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless pre-voyage guest experience Uphold the highest standards of discretion, responsiveness, and service excellence on every interaction The Ideal Candidate 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury travel reservations, cruise line reservations, boutique hotel front office, or a premium client-facing hospitality role Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients or travel advisors in a luxury environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — every interaction reflects the brand Polished, professional, and warm with a natural instinct for anticipating guest needs Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple reservations simultaneously Proficiency with reservations systems or booking platforms is a plus Multilingual candidates are warmly encouraged to apply — Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, or other languages are a significant asset A genuine enthusiasm for luxury travel and the world of yachting #J-18808-Ljbffr
