Project Executive - Electrical Construction Location: Phoenix, Arizona A leading national electrical contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Executive to support its continued growth across the Phoenix area. This is a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for overseeing major electrical construction projects, developing high-performing teams, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Lead Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and wider project teams Maintain accountability for project financials, forecasting, scheduling, and profitability Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and key partners Identify and manage commercial, operational, and contractual risk Support project pursuits, preconstruction planning, budgeting, and contract negotiations Ensure projects meet safety, quality, productivity, and schedule expectations Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing project teams Work closely with senior leadership to support regional growth and long-term strategy Candidate Requirements Significant leadership experience within the electrical construction industry Proven success overseeing large and complex electrical projects or project portfolios Strong understanding of project financials, cost controls, forecasting, contracts, and risk Experience managing and developing Project Managers and operational teams Established customer-facing and relationship-management skills Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and project-delivery level Data center, advanced technology, healthcare, industrial, or large commercial project experience is advantageous Base salary up to $220,000 Formula-based bonus Relocation assistance available Long-term career progression with a nationally established electrical contractor This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operation with a strong project pipeline, significant resources, and genuine scope to influence the future of the Phoenix business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
