About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President to support business continuity and operational resilience programs. The role spans strategic framework development and regulatory compliance, as well as hands-on execution across business continuity, disaster recovery, technology, third-party, and data resilience. Responsibilities include maintaining policies, procedures, standards, and playbooks; coordinating resilience tests and exercises; and developing remediation plans with clear tracking, escalation, and reporting. The Vice President will collaborate with business, technology, and corporate stakeholders, prepare materials for senior leadership and governance forums, and help evolve resilience frameworks and practices. Candidates should have approximately five years of experience in financial services risk or operational resilience, along with familiarity with enterprise-wide resilience programs and regulatory governance. Strong cross-functional stakeholder management, program coordination, and written communication skills are important. The role requires experience supporting testing, assessments, remediation tracking, and executive reporting, as well as the ability to work across multiple resilience disciplines.
