About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, People Operations to join their global team. The successful candidate will be a senior leader in the People Operations function, responsible for workforce planning, HR strategy, and the optimization of HCM technology. This role demands a strategic and hands-on approach, with a focus on translating people strategy into global services, processes, and technology that enhance the employee and manager experience. The VP will lead a modern, globally connected People Operations function, driving the evolution of HR technology and digital employee experience, and ensuring the effective use of data and analytics for workforce decisions. They will also be at the forefront of AI transformation in HR practices and planning, and will lead the global payroll modernization initiative. Candidates for this role should have approximately 12-15 years' of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in HR operations, technology, and process transformation. Experience with Workday and AI tools is highly desirable. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in simplifying and standardizing global processes, leading complex programs, and managing vendor partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a professional certification being a plus, and should demonstrate leadership capabilities in change management, collaboration, and influence. Personal characteristics should include being customer and employee-centered, with a bias for action, and the ability to remain calm and resilient under pressure.
