ROLE SUMMARYThe Executive HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to enterprise and C-suite leaders, mainly supporting Operations and Commercial client groups. This role helps build organizational strategy, executive talent, leadership efficiency, and workforce capability throughout critical areas of the business. Operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, the Executive HRBP works closely with executive leaders to support business goals through talent, organization, and culture. The role demands strong business insight, executive presence, and the ability to influence throughout complex organizations.
