Job Description: - Location: Arlington, TX - Unit: ICU 2 (651) - Classification: RN-ICU - Shift: 7A-7:30P - Assignment Length: 13 weeks - Weekend Requirement: Rotating - Guaranteed Hours: 36 What You'll Do: - Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment. - Collaborate with a skilled and compassionate healthcare team focused on excellence. - Apply your knowledge of ICU-specific procedures, including: - Central line placements - Bedside procedures like thoracentesis - Dialysis catheter placements - Cardioversions - Intubations and other ICU procedures Qualifications: - Must Have: - 2 years of hospital experience - Current BLS and ACLS certifications - Active RN TX license (temp license not accepted) - Preferred Skills: - Experience with Meditech documentation system - CCRN certification Unit & Equipment Highlights: - Utilize advanced ICU equipment, including: - Ventilators - NXStage systems - Arctic Sun - GE Cardiac Output monitor - Work within a well-structured staffing model based on acuity and skills.
