Job Opportunity: Hand Laborer (Handwork / Assembly)

Position Details
- Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Location: Rockwell
- Overtime: Must be prepared to work overtime as needed.
The Role
As a Hand Laborer, your daily tasks will be dynamic and vary based on customer needs. You will be an essential part of the production process, ensuring our products meet high-quality standards efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manual Assembly: Perform various handwork tasks such as assembling materials, gluing, stapling, and packing out different products.
- Tool Operation: Safely operate small hand tools to achieve production goals.
- Data Entry: Utilize computer skills to enter job information into our Encore system based on training received.
- Production Standards: Maintain a fast pace to meet or exceed production goals, targeting $\ge 99\%$ of the goal.
- Quality & Safety: Adhere strictly to all safety rules and quality procedures to deliver a superior product to the customer.
- Maintenance: Keep your work area clean and organized.
Requirements
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand on your feet all day, bend, and squat.
- Manual Dexterity: Use of hands for assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Strength: Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Reliability: A track record of excellent attendance with no unscheduled absences or tardiness.
- Communication: Ability to read work orders and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Teamwork: A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members across various departments.
