Supply Chain Data Analyst

Are you a supply chain professional that is tech-savvy? Randstad is seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst for a distribution center located in east Memphis. The position bridges the gap between invoentory planning and operational execution. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or Mathematics paired with 1–2 years of data or inventory experience, master-level Microsoft Excel skills, and practical experience building dashboards in Power BI and writing basic Python scripts to automate workflows and clean data. Responsibilities

• Clean, extract, and structure large datasets from various retail streams to maintain maximum data accuracy across all forecasting and inventory systems.
• Review past sales trends and seasonal changes to help create a 12-month plan for what needs to be ordered.
• Monitor inventory performance to replemishment and optimize overall inventory health
• Utilize tools like Power BI and Excel to create visual charts and dashboards to monitor inventory.
• Analyze SKU-level performance across multiple brands and sales channels to reduce stockouts, enhance replenishment schedules, and manage slow-moving or excess warehouse stock.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 1–2 years of practical experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or inventory analysis.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards or similar reporting platforms.
• Practical experience using Python (or similar scripting tools) for data manipulation and workflow automation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience using Amazon Seller Central and Walmare Seller Center
