Tableau Report DeveloperLocation: Charlotte, NC or Jersey CityDuration: Full TimeJob Description:Primary Skills: TableauPreferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse)Experience with analytical tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)Experience with Agile development methodologiesAbility to convey complex data in a clear and concise mannerProactive and self-motivated with a growth mindsetProject: Copilot Acceleration10+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering and ETL development3+ years in a large enterprise environmentProficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi)Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelingStrong understanding of data governance and security practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think criticallyExperience in troubleshooting and optimizing long-running batch jobsProficiency in optimizing performance with large datasetsExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyRoles & Responsibilities:Design and implement ETL workflows to ingest, transform, and load data from diverse sources (RDBMS, APIs, flat files)Build and maintain data models optimized for Tableau consumptionMonitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and failuresCollaborate with BI developers and engineers to align data structures with dashboard needsImplement data quality checks, lineage tracking, and audit loggingCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into solutionsAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights that support business objectivesConduct data validation and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrityDocument data sources, logic, and user guidesWork closely with front end visualization engineers to ensure seamless data integrationConduct user acceptance testing and provide training/documentation for dashboard consumers
