Founding Account Executive

WE WORK 6 DAYS A WEEK and we ping each other in the night.

Noso is building AI tools for home service businesses. We help technicians and operators work faster, sell better, and handle the messy operational work that slows them down in the field.

 We’re hiring our Founding Account Executive to help build our sales motion from the ground up. This is an early, high-ownership role for someone who has already had their first real sales job, knows how to prospect, and wants to become

 exceptional by doing the work.

 You’ll own the full sales cycle: sourcing leads, cold outreach, discovery, demos, follow-up, closing, and customer handoff. You’ll work directly with the founders every day on messaging, ICP, pricing, objections, and the overall go-to-market

 playbook.

  What You’ll Do

 - Source your own pipeline through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and industry groups

 - Own deals end to end, from first touch to closed-won

 - Run discovery with home service owners, managers, and technicians

 - Demo Noso clearly and connect the product to real business pain

 - Follow up relentlessly and keep a clean, accurate pipeline

 - Help us test sales messaging, pricing, verticals, and customer segments

 - Bring customer feedback directly into product and company strategy

  Who You Are

 - THIS IS YOUR SECOND SALES JOB , ideally in B2B SaaS, SMB sales, vertical SaaS, home services, construction, field service, or another hands-on market

 - You’ve done outbound before and are not afraid of the phone

 - You want more ownership than a normal AE role would give you

 - You’re comfortable talking to business owners, operators, and technicians

 - You write clearly, speak directly, and follow up fast

 - You are organized, competitive, and resilient

 - You want to work extremely hard and grow quickly

  You Might Not Be a Fit If

 - You want a mature sales org with SDR support and a fully built playbook

 - You only want to work warm inbound leads

 - You dislike cold calling or manual prospecting

 - You need a lot of structure before taking action

 - You are looking for a low-intensity sales role
