Payroll Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in payroll accounting, payroll tax reporting, and financial management, along with a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Perform banking and cash management activities.
• Administer all aspects of payroll accounting, including:
  • Preparation and filing of quarterly payroll tax reports.
  • Preparation and distribution of annual W-2 forms.
  • Preparation and filing of 1099 forms.
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:

• 2 years of Payroll Accounting (Required)

Compensation:

• From $65,000 (Commensurate with experience)
