Elevate Your Wellness is a mental health and wellness program that understands that a balanced mind, body, and spirit all play an important role in the well-being of an individual. We offer wellness programs that heal, educate, and empower children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families to be the best version of themselves and to support them as they navigate life. Our Elevate Your Wellness program is an online platform that provides access to licensed therapists and other wellness professionals.

We are looking to add Therapists to our Provider Network to assist our clients in elevating their wellness.

Elevate Your Wellness offers all the flexibility and freedom of private practice without the overwhelm of managing front & back-office responsibilities. We are committed to providing quality mental health services to children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are navigating life’s challenges.

Elevate Your Wellness is seeking therapists who are licensed in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida to join our culturally competent, inclusive team of clinical mental health professionals.

• Licensure as a LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LCSWA, LMFT or Psy.D. Licensed to practice in North Carolina, Tennessee, and/or Florida.
• Must have the ability to utilize electronic health records effectively and ethically
• Must have a demonstrated commitment to inclusive, culturally informed clinical care
• Must have good written and oral communication skills and good organizational skills
• Must maintain organization, client confidentiality and abide by the Data Privacy Act and the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act.
Responsibilities:
• Perform all onboarding tasks and requirements
• Perform telehealth and clinical counseling services to clients
• Maintain consistent, reliable attendance and timely arrival to all scheduled appointments
• Maintain confidentiality of records related to clients’ treatment.
• Evaluate clients’ mental condition based on review of client information, sessions, observations to formulate clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.
• Submit related paperwork in a timely fashion.
• Maintain all professional licensure(s) and supervision contracts required and provide prompt cooperation with our Provider Support Team.
• Maintain uptodate client and program records.
• Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports.
• Conduct activities related to compliance with federal and state laws related to mandated reporting, HIPAA, and the Data Privacy Act.
Compensation:
• 1099 Contractor Position
• $100$160 per client depending upon client’s subscription package per month
