Regional Director, ASC Operations & Growth

AmSurg Corp

AMSURG, based in San Diego, seeks a Director of Operations to lead governance and optimization of ambulatory surgery centers across the region. This role oversees 6–15 ASCs, drives growth, and manages P&L. Travel up to 60% is required, with an average around 40–60%. The DOO will collaborate with VP/SVP, lead strategic initiatives, standardize staffing, and ensure operational excellence while improving patient experience and financial performance.
