Learn more about RayzeBio: Reporting to the Head of Business Analytics and Digital Operations, this person will serve as RayzeBio's primary IT owner of the commercial operations application portfolio, including a customer ordering portal and a solution for RayzeBio’s commercial operations team. This role directly supports product ordering and delivery to patients and requires close, hands-on coordination with radiopharmacy and supplier partners to ensure RayzeBio has timely, accurate information to support its operations.Job ResponsibilitiesDigital Solutions OwnershipBuild, operate, and maintain custom build digital solutions supporting RayzeBio's commercial operations, including a customer ordering portal and commercial operations solution, which will support a team of operations managers actively partnering with customers, field teams and manufacturers to ensure product deliveryPartner with third-party providers, including radiopharmacies, to ensure timely, reliable and accurate data transfer related to product orders and product availabilityDevelop and execute detailed testing plans, collaborating with other IT team members and larger enterprise across productsCreate and deliver training materials for consumers of end productsWork with senior leaders to determine the best path forward for systems validation scope; follow GxP procedures as necessaryEnsure system reliability, performance, and uptime; act as the escalation point for critical application issues affecting commercial operationsApply AI to improve team execution and decision-makingDrive continuous improvement, enhancements, and upgrades across the application portfolio, balancing technical debt against new capability developmentEstablish and maintain governance, documentation, and change control practices appropriate for systems supporting regulated commercial activitiesCross-Functional Partnership & Roadmap AlignmentActively partner with functional leaders across RayzeBio, including senior team members across Commercial and Data StrategyManage release cycles, ensuring appropriate support, training and onboarding as neededTranslate business requirements into a coherent, prioritized technology roadmap; ensure the roadmap is aligned with broader business needsFacilitate regular roadmap reviews and business case development with senior leadership to secure alignment and resourcingRepresent commercial operations technology needs in cross-functional and enterprise IT planning forumsVendor ManagementManage vendors to ensure RayzeBio has timely and necessary information from radiopharmacies and suppliers as needed Own vendor performance management, including SLAs, issue escalation and periodic business reviewsPartner with Procurement and Legal on contracting, renewals and vendor risk management as neededdentify opportunities to streamline or consolidate vendor relationships to improve efficiency and data flowRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred8+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations technology, IT business partnering, or a related discipline within biotech, pharma, or a comparable regulated industryDemonstrated experience owning or supporting commercial-facing applications (e.g., order management, distribution/logistics, license management, or supply planning systems)Experience building and maintaining integrated data layers or data pipelines that combine information across multiple business functions or external sourcesProven track record partnering with senior business stakeholders to build and execute technology roadmapsExperience managing external vendors/suppliers, including performance oversight and issue resolutionStrong understanding of the regulatory and compliance considerations relevant to commercial pharma/biotech systems, including GxP and computer systems validationPreferred QualificationsExperience with radiopharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or other short shelf-life/specialty distribution modelsDirect experience in software engineeringFamiliarity with systems such as order management/e-commerce portalsExperience in a growth-stage or newly commercial biotech environmentTravel Required25% as requiredWe hire for skills and capabilities, not just credentials – if this role excites you, but doesn’t perfectly match your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.Compensation Overview:Indianapolis - RayzeBio - IN: $166,139 - $201,322 Princeton - NJ - US: $166,139 - $201,322 San Diego - CA - US: $182,753 - $221,454 The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. We determine starting pay thoughtfully – carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws.
