Assoc Director, IT Commercial Systems

Associate Director of IT Commercial Systems at RayzeBio, a Bristol Myers Squibb subsidiary, overseeing digital solutions and systems roadmaps to support radiopharmaceutical commercialization. Reports to Executive Director of IT and manages operational and commercial technology infrastructure while driving digital transformation aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee continuous operation and maintenance of commercial digital systems including operations, planning, and ordering portals
- Manage service level agreements, disaster recovery, and business continuity with IT groups and vendors
- Lead indirect reports and service providers to deliver stable, innovative solutions meeting organizational needs
- Develop and maintain three-year digital roadmaps aligned with business capabilities and commercialization goals
- Partner with functional leaders on business process improvements and regulatory readiness initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years IT experience in GxP or radiopharmaceutical environments
- BS/MS in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience
- Proven technical leadership and management experience with multi-disciplinary teams
- Demonstrated success implementing automation and digitization projects in regulated settings
- Strong project management and stakeholder influence capabilities
- Experience with service level management, disaster recovery, and data integrity initiatives
Compensation: Indianapolis: $166,139–$201,322; San Diego: $182,753–$221,454
