HR ADMINISTRATOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary We are hiring immediately for a full time HR Administrator position. The role is located at Fresh & Ready FG WI – 10303 South Oakview Parkway, Oak Creek, WI 53154, and requires ability to maintain Human Resources and corporate records, provide administrative support, support payroll processing, and answer basic policy‑related questions. Applicants must work full‑time Monday‑Friday; hours may vary. Qualifications 1‑3 years of administrative experience, with previous experience using Microsoft Office. Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred. Full‑time schedule Monday‑Friday, variable hours. Fixed pay rate: $24.00 per hour. Internal employee referral bonus available. Responsibilities Serve as custodian of Human Resources documents and records. Process employee information—including personal data, payroll, tax data, performance reviews, transfers and terminations—and enter data into company systems. Initiate and monitor background checks, communicate results to hiring manager, and follow through on administrative matters as required by federal, state and local laws. Monitor compliance with I9, OFCCP and Human Resources policies, practices and procedures. Maintain a complete, accurate filing system to facilitate immediate document retrieval. Compile data from personnel records to prepare reports and logs; create and maintain databases and spreadsheets. Copy files to aid in preparation for legal proceedings. Answer associate requests and questions, escalating as needed and directing associates to appropriate resources. Open incoming correspondence; determine priority, routing and action items as needed. Establish and maintain an inventory of recruiting and onboarding materials. Support the process for selecting and onboarding new associates by scheduling appointments and helping candidates and associates complete paperwork. Support employee relocation programs. Maintain company bulletin boards to ensure compliance with federal, state and local posting requirements. Maintain confidentiality in all matters. Perform other duties as assigned.
