National Sales Specialist: Paperboard & Retail Display Solutions

Sales Representative

We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Sales Representative with experience in paper, paperboard, or display materials to support global growth across industrial packaging and retail environments.

This role focuses on selling innovative material solutions such as paperboard, board alternatives, and sustainable display substrates used in retail stores, point-of-purchase displays, and large-scale commercial applications.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage relationships with retail brands, packaging buyers, and display manufacturers
• Sell into retail end users (large global retailers) and industrial packaging clients
• Promote materials including: paperboard / corrugated display board, foam board alternatives (PVC replacement), specialty substrates for in-store displays
• Work closely with design, production, and supply chain teams to deliver solutions
• Identify new market opportunities globally and drive revenue growth
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

What We're Looking For

• Experience selling paper, paperboard, corrugated, or display materials
• Background working with retail displays / POP (point-of-purchase), industrial packaging, visual merchandising materials
• Strong network with retailers, brands, or display/fixture companies
• Ability to sell technical products with a consultative approach
• Experience working with global clients or multi-location accounts is a plus

Compensation:

• $120K$300K base (depending on experience and existing book of business PLUS team AND individual commission
