This position coordinates related activities associated with student degree, advising, and learner records; maintenance and verification of academic records; and data integrity of academic records. It interprets and communicates complex university policies and federal laws, such as the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. This position uses independent decision-making and problem solving within complex guidelines. It assists with activities associated with maintenance and retention of academic records in compliance with the Library of Virginia. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Related to Position
