OME Repair Program Integration Lead - Aftermarket and Sustainment Engineering (ASE) (Onsite)

Join RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, as a Program Integration Lead on the Aftermarket and Sustainment Engineering (ASE) team. In this role you will support the Operational Military Engines (OME) Repair Program Manager and ensure the success of repair programs for F100, F119, and TF33 engines through effective program integration, planning, and execution. What You Will Do Collaborate with the ASE OME Repair Program team to establish and align a repair plan for the F100, F119, and TF33 programs that supports fleet readiness and improves affordability. Drive cross-program priority efforts to ensure repair plans are executed according to aligned priorities. Manage budget allocations and provide effective oversight of repair task budgets. Provide regular financial and Earned Value (EV) status updates to the program team and participate in program‑level financial and EV meetings. Partner with the project team to monitor module health and ensure all modules align with program objectives and goals, providing updates and supporting program and customer meetings. Support the program team to meet or exceed flight plans, including on‑time delivery and turn time objectives. Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree in engineering with 8+ years of combined experience in engineering and project management, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of combined experience. Travel up to 10%. Experience in the aerospace industry (preferred). Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience in engineering (preferred). Demonstrated understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM). Extensive knowledge of project management and related disciplines. Proven ability to identify connections and assess the potential impact of projects, programs, or systems. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively lead cross‑functional teams. Salary and Benefits The salary range for this on‑site role is $107,500 to $204,500 per year.
