In this role, you're expected to: At least 5 years of experience in settlement or middle office operations within a financial institution. Experience working with products: Equity / Fixed Income is preferable Understanding of settlement of Equity/Fixed Income operations and/or middle office functions for those products in a financial institution Experience interacting with Settlement teams, middle office, clients and financial institutions Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines Have a control-oriented mindset Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail Must be a team player Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Change maker: Experience and/or ability to drive process improvement and efficiency gains with a commercial mindset is preferable
