Community Manager - Tax Credit

We are currently seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee a 200+ unit residential community. This is a high-priority opportunity for an experienced property management professional with a strong background in Tax Credit/LIHTC housing and full-scale renovations . What You'll Do Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential community Ensure strong occupancy, resident satisfaction, and overall community performance Manage leasing, collections, resident relations, and property operations Oversee maintenance operations and vendor relationships Lead and coordinate full-unit renovation projects Ensure compliance with all applicable Tax Credit/LIHTC regulations Monitor budgets, expenses, and property performance Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained community Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, team members, vendors, and ownership What We’re Looking For Required: 3+ years of Tax Credit/LIHTC experience Proven experience managing an affordable housing community Full renovation experience is required Previous experience managing a property management/maintenance team Strong knowledge of property operations, compliance, leasing, and resident relations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills $75,000 base salary + 10% quarterly performance bonus Leadership opportunity with a growing residential community Opportunity to make a direct impact on property operations and team performance Benefits information: Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Noor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
