THE ROLE SRQ Condo Accounting, Inc. is hiring a full-cycle Bookkeeper to manage assigned condominium and homeowners association clients from daily transactions through month-end close. You will own AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting in QuickBooks while serving as a direct point of contact for clients and vendors. WHAT YOU'LL DO Code vendor invoices, run check and electronic payments, and reconcile vendor balances Post assessments, invoices, and owner payments; track delinquencies; and maintain owner and tenant ledgers Process payroll through ADP, including journal entries, related taxes, and liability accounts Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Produce trial balances, financial statements, and monthly financial packages, with GAAP-compliant reporting for Florida condominium and HOA clients (CIRA) Communicate directly with clients, vendors, and management companies to resolve open items WHAT YOU'LL BRING Two or more years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience; condominium or HOA (CIRA) accounting is a plus Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, with payroll processing in ADP Command of AP and AR, reconciliations, trial balance, and financial statement preparation Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; comfortable with Adobe and PDF tools Clear, professional communication for direct client contact COMPENSATION $50,000 to $60,000, based on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
