PACE Program Analyst

To support client engagements in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), the full-time remote PACE Program Analyst will manage day-to-day delivery across multiple projects, conduct analyses of relevant legislation and policies, and produce client-ready deliverables while contributing to business development efforts. Key responsibilities Support day-to-day delivery across multiple engagements, managing tasks, timelines, and internal communications Analyze legislation and policies impacting PACE, synthesizing data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations Contribute to proposals and business development efforts, helping to convert pipeline into sold work Required qualifications 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in PACE, Medicare, and/or Medicaid healthcare operations or consulting Strong consulting skills, including structured problem-solving and polished written and visual communication Proven ability to perform market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, comfortable working with data and developing models Bachelor's degree required
