About the Role

\n

Vertex is seeking an experienced Curam Business Analyst to support the design and implementation of enterprise case management solutions using the Curam Business Application Suite . The ideal candidate will have strong Curam functional knowledge, business process analysis skills, and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

\n

Key Responsibilities :

\n

\n
• Analyze and document business processes, requirements, issues, capabilities, metrics, and value opportunities.
\n
• Conduct gap analysis and identify Cúram solutions to meet business requirements.
\n
• Develop business and functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and solution documentation.
\n
• Identify evidence and data requirements supporting Cúram case management processes.
\n
• Assist with solution design, testing, UAT , and issue resolution.
\n
• Translate technical concepts and issues for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\n
• Support implementation and go-live activities , including conversion, training, and production support.
\n
• Provide project/PMO support including status reporting, time tracking, work-plan updates, and metrics.
\n

Required Qualifications :

\n

\n
• 8+ years of Cúram experience .
\n
• Strong experience designing solutions within the Cúram software suite .
\n
• Strong knowledge of Cúram Case Management and Social Services business processes.
\n
• 8+ years of business process analysis, including use cases, process flows, and gap analysis .
\n
• 8+ years of business application consulting or development experience.
\n
• Ability to independently identify solutions and resolve complex issues.
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
\n
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-IT business users.
\n
• Cúram V6–V8 certification required .
\n

• Experience supporting large-scale Cúram implementations.
\n
• Experience with go-live, conversion, training, and production support activities.
\n
• Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills.
\n
