Monday - Friday ( Some Saturdays ) Full Time Position. Pay Rate - Starting at $15 / Hr Qualified candidates will have a background with spreading, rolling, tamping, and patching asphalt or similar material to form surfaces of highways, streets, parking lots, aircraft landing strips, and driveways. Requirements Must maintain reliable attendance and transportation Must be able to travel within 45 minute radius of Lake City, depending on the project. Meet company safety and performance standards. Must pass pre-employment physical/drug test. The duties can change daily depending on the project and weather. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision. Support skilled tradespeople by carrying materials and tools as needed. Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time and maintain project quality. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials.
